The controversy continues.....I understand from my vet that many vets prefer to not be asked to fill out the insurance paper work - if the do not complete it correctly you may not get paid - also some vets bill for the paper work they are asked to fill out - so check with your vet. I researched all of this when my vet did NOT recommend pet insurance. Seems like all the vets want their money up front.
