Anyway, she weighs 3.5 lbs and the vet figures she is about 7 years old. She had a lot of bad teeth that had to be removed and I think she has "leather ear?" Recently she has started having what may be seizures. I had a Siberian Husky that had epilepsy and Tootie's episodes are not really the same. With Tootie, she will all of the sudden fall to her side and shake slightly for a couple of seconds, then she gets up and seems OK. It's almost like she loses her balance .They don't seem to be aggravated by exercise or eating, but I'm getting really worried about my little baby. Any help or ideas would be appreciated! |
I would have my vet do a full blood panel to rule out a number of things. Poor little girl has had a rough life but I am sure she is finally in the right home. One of the best things you can do for her is feed her high quality food and keep plenty of water down for her. Nutrical is great.
