so sorry, I know the pain exactly , when I lost my first silky I thought it was the end of the world, then my mom told me that he would be very sad in heaven if he saw me crying every day and sad, that he would be SO happy if I went and got another puppy and give him the love I gave him for 15 years, Brownie is in a lil spot in my heart, his ashes are on top of the mantle, I LOVE, LOVE him, and one day we will see each other again right now he is happy that I am happy, breeding and going on, you should know this too.. I know the pain is unberable at times, but Dottie will not want to see you like this.. she is running happy without pain or infection , one day you two will be together again..
