I agree, you did the right thing. On a totally different situation but something similiar to "complaining", one time I called about something that happened to discuss it with a supervisor, I wasn't complaining by any means...I felt terrible when I told them why I was calling about and said something to the effect of not wanting to get that person in trouble. Well, the supervisor said to me, "don't look at it as a complaint, but as a suggestion for better service." It kinda made sense.
My situation did not involve a live creature but at the same time, if something isn't brought to the attention of those who are in charge, then they will not know. What they choose to do with this knowledge is what is in question. The manager should have taken some sort of corrective action immediately to tell this groomer not to manhandle the dog. |
