No way would my groomer try to hold a pup by his chin hair if he was attempting to bite. I don't know many people who could grab them quickly enough to not get bitten. And, even then you cannot control a pup liike that if he is trying to bite...he would flip around. Holding chin hair does NOT secure a pup. It merely keeps them from moving their face while scissors are near.
