I groom all four of by Yorkies and each of them handle it in very different way. I too will hold their chin hair in order to stop for harming them when I am clipping their eye hair. Im glad that you spoke up and that the man now knows how his pup was being treated. People have to be able to trust that their groomers are taking every precaution so that they are not causing harm to their animals while getting the job done. But also without taking it too far..
