I have seen things like this happen amny times at PetSmart and at PetCo as well.

You can be rest assured by the time I got finished saying what I had to say the groomer and and person I complained to were the ones in tears. LOL

I would never, ever take my girl's to a place like that to be groomed.

You did good by making a complaint.
