you did the right thing......if it happened that you ran into the doggies dad and saw you were upset you didnt know it was his dog. shame on the groomer and the manager. if you an see thru the window and hear the dog being treated uncomfortably well they are both not doing there jobs. that is very scary. i will not bring my dogs anywhere to be groomed but moblie groomer who i can see out my window or myself.
