i just figured out how to start a thread. i was a petco in my home town shopping and heard a dog crying. you know that cry of ouch im hurt, when i turn around and see right thru the window of the groomers station the groomer shaving the face of a schnauzer as im watching she is clearly hurting him as she is twisting his long beard and whiskers around her fingers he is crying out the whole time i am not the only one watching now, as she looks up at us i scold her thru the glass shaking my head at her in disgust. she quickly lets go and says aww what a good boy. i couldnt believe it i talked to the manager about it and she acted as if she wasnt bothered. i know that you must hold a dog very still for this part of the cut but there is a safe and correct way. well i was not happy with the lack of concern from the manager i was so upset as i was walking out that a gentle man ask me if i was ok. so i shared with him what i had seen. it seemed as he had seen a ghost i didnt know that it was his dog he went straight to the manager i spoke to earlier and she was angry with me that i told him. as if i were in the wrong. i feel like i should do more what else could i have done or still do? i know this is all run on but i am just so upset. anyone know what i could do i this situation
