Sounds pretty much like my situation. Except the "breeder" didn't really wanna take care of the puppies....well it seemed that way anyways. She said that the mom of the puppies didn't really want much to do with the puppies. So I guess she thought that meant it was ok to just let the puppies leave even though they just made 7 weeks today.
