The vet called this morning saying that he wasn't doing so well today as he was yesterday and that he's hypoglycemic again. The plus is that his white blood cell count is still up so he's still fighting the virus but still he's not eating. She says he needs another night but that there's no guarantee that he'll make it through even with that. He hasn't eaten in days and as of two days ago he is bone thin, not an ounce of meat on him! I can only imagine what he looks like today. I guess I'll find out in a few hours when we can visit. I've been reading up on parvo these past few days and I've heard of people giving the dog anti-nausea medication and force feeding the dog liquids and soft food and the dog does live! I don't know how many more nights I can afford, its very tough knowing that even another grand or so and even then the outlook is slim.

Part of me just wants to ask the doctor for everything that he's getting and start trying on my own.
