what food do you feed? A lot of the time, dogs have food allergies and vets will rarely suggest it. I can't tell you how many people come in and we suggest tht, they try a different food and come back going, "why didn't my vet tell me about this?!" It could be that. Try switching to a food with no wheat, corn, chicken. You could always have them allergy tested as well by your vet. That's just one thing it could be. Other than that, I would see what is in everything you're using on them topicaly.
