Regarding the cat and the litter box, just recently I have began to suspect that perhaps Avery the cat is using the pee pads also. 1, the odor is stronger than normal and 2, the pads are wet and I know Sophie Kate has not been out of my sight. I will give Avery the cat a break, he is old and at least he is using the pad and not something else.

Oh, that's so interesting; I never thought of that, I would much prefer that over cleaning a litter box.
