I would say under any circumstance I would bring a baby home that is less than 12 weeks, are you home all day and all night? this puppy needs around the clock care
toy dogs are NOT ready to leave their mama at 7 weeks my puppies are not even fully wean from mama yet.. so sad that money is more important to this breeder than the health of the babies...
