congats on the puppy, my friend just got a morkie and they are very cute. Sounds like you got a healthy playful one and that is most important.

Hopefully this is not off topic but the OP speaks to a question so many ask, did I buy my puppy in the right place or where should I buy a puppy. People ask me all the time where to get a dog like my Lola, and frankly I don't even know what to tell them. Buying a puppy has gotten so difficult because it is very hard to know who to trust and you hear so many conflicting things. Many of the breeders I hear people refer to as reputable are also in it to make money, why not, after all it is not cheap or easy to breed puppies, most people don't want to go to the trouble to loose money. Some people like to buy from show breeders, they are usually reputable but often you have to wait quite a while and wind up getting a boy when you wanted a girl (LOL personal experience) you also wind up spending thousands of dollars which does not insure a long life of great health or personality (again personal experience) They say don't buy from pet stores (I agree) they also say don't buy from puppy mills (also agree) they say don't buy from back yard breeders. So I can't help but wonder where puppies are supposed to come from since i have never seen a good puppy farm or puppy factory, most seem to have been bred in someones kitchen or backyard. So what's left for the person that wants a toy breed puppy that does not cost in the $1,000.00's
