Welcome to YT and congratulations on your new puppy. I'm not sure what you might mean by "registered breeder" unless you mean that the puppies are registered. But with a mix breed that could not be possible.
As for the tearing eyes are you making sure the hair is not in the eyes? Also, it could be allergies. The only one of my three that has teary eyes is Pebbles and she has horrible allergies to foods.
