In the UK, we have a free service called The Citizens Advice Bureau who will go into this kind of problem very thoroughly for you - do you have anything like this? Would you be elligible for Legal Aid as you're on a low income? I'm so sorry, I don't know how your system works.
You have got to stay strong for your daughter, as you have been doing - please don't crumble now. Are there any
charities that might be able to help you? We seem to have charities for almost everything over here - most of which are only to willing to help people going through extreme circumstances.
