I use FedEx almost exclusively.
Every once in awhile, I'll cave and use USPS just because the free flat-rate boxes make it so easy. But the lines at USPS are always SO LONG around here...and they are only open certain hours. I live about a mile away from a 24/7/365 FedEx and have rarely had to wait in line.
