I'm glad you mentioned this. For my bday, my brother bought me a dress. (very belated present) Since we were purchasing online, he bought 2 so I could keep the one that fit the best. I returned one, and when I checked in a week later, I was informed they would not be receiving the dress until the 30th because they use a USPS/fedEx combo services. I was very confused and didn't know what they were talking about. All I understood was there was a delay because of this.
My big bro is letting me keep the cost of the dress i returned and use the money to buy a second dress. He could be so nice sometimes.
