Last GE my boxed came smashed and my delivery man actually opened my door ( at my shop) and tossed it in. There was glass inside, thank goodness nothing broke!
Last week I sent a package to a friend. She said the box looked like it had been to hell and back, and delivered to her neighbor's! I paid $18 for that small box too.
I avoid usps when ever I can now, and gladly use FedEx. They are fast, most times cheaper, and the workers are always happy to help.
Oh yeah, if you do try to dispute something with usps, make sure you get it in writing from that office's post master general, and not just some "supervisor". | Which of FedEx's services do you use and do they offer free boxes?
