I'm having the same issue right now....I live in mass and it is cold and wet outside. My girls are 5 and 7 yrs old...Bentley is our new little guy..just turned 6 months...only had him for a month. the girls WERE doing very good going on the pads...all of a sudden (and not just when we got Bentley) they started going where ever they want! If I tell Lillie (5yrold) to go pee or poop on the pad she will go....Sadie...not so much and Bentley!! FOR GET IT! he is a wild man! LOL...i will keep putting him on the pad and he refuses to go....SOMETIMES he will use the pad...most of the time not! It's very frustrating...I want them to go outside but as I said it is very cold up here right now.....I don't believe you can't teach an old dog new tricks...so when the weather starts getting warmer I will be teaching them to ring the bell and go outside....I'm at my wits end right now with this potty training thing! But, will deal with it because I love my furkids.
