Default Grrrrrrr

Read the part of the contract that deals with a genetic problem. I think it is so unfair of a breeder to insist on the pup be returned in order to be compensated. It is just plain heartless and unfair.
The puppy may do well with medical care and the owner can have their companion for many years. If they want to keep the pup and treat it, then they should have the option....an ethical, fair minded, caring breeder would give the buyer the choice to return the pup for another or return their money to apply to the vet bill.

You see, this is a sneaky way to keep the money and never have to make good an anything..few people return a much loved pet...and breeders count on it.
