I had a similar response when we were trying to sell our motorcycles last year! The guy wanted more pictures, and would send money immediately through paypal. I asked what kind of pictures, and he said something like "general pictures" which was odd because we had lots of pictures posted! I told him if he said what he wants to see specifically, I would send him a picture of it. Then I asked when we could meet and he said he couldn't meet because he was away with work. I said well, if it's a week or two, we can meet then. He said no, he's away for a long time. I was like "So how are you going to GET the bike???" and he was getting really upset with me and he said he has made arrangements. I was like great, have your arrangements come by with the money for it. He never replied again! I made sure not to give any information, but I wasn't going to just give in that easily!
