I got my 6month old puppy on the 8th of this month. He's been doing fairly good potty training... Except when it's raining or right after its rained. At first, I thought it was just because it was actually raining, so I bought him a little raincoat. He didn't like it and still wouldn't go in the grass to potty. He paced back/forth from the edge of the dry section to the door, over and over. I stood outside with him for almost 30 mins, but no luck. But, as soon as I bring him in, he goes to the darkened hallway and goes potty.

Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions would be welcome, plz.
