My vet recommends as early as 5-6 months. I just had Bear neutered on Monday and he came home the same day. He will turn 6 months on the 30th. He came a come happy and hungry! He didn't even act like anything had happened! I have not really been able to keep him from playing. He hasn't been affected by it at all.
He also had two baby teeth extracted!
