Default Lemon law

Here in NJ there is a Puppy Lemon Law. It pretty much gives 6 months protection where the seller has to reimburse for vet bills, or let you return the pet. You should check the state you bought her in and your state. I don't know which would apply. At any rate, send a certified letter to your breeder stating the bills etc. This should give you time to continue investigating your rights. My son's friend used the law and got bills paid when her puppy was diagnosed with mega-esophagus. Try googling it and check with animal welfare or some state agency..(you're likely limited to recover the cost of the puppy)
