I'm really sorry to hear about your puppy. Perhaps you can let the breeder know about the Arkansas Puppy Lemon Law? Arkansas Pet Lemon Law
"The law does not provide for replacement of the dog or for a refund of hte purchase price. It does provide for reimbursement of veterinary expenses up to the purchase price of the dog."
