I teach food production and I do a unit on corn(it is even used to feed fish) ..Gmo .. Organic farming etc.
I am not a vegetarian, but I do have a problem with the treatment of animals.
Like I said the video food inc really changed me.
I was interested to see the restaurant chipolite grill is organic and green. I will look for the link.
