I think some are trolls just looking to stir up the population.
You also have to remember that most of the people on YT have a great deal of information available to them and have learned a lot about the breed and about purebred dogs in general. It is a sad fact that the majority of the population think that all there is to buying a purebred dog is checking to see if it has AKC papers. There is no public place that informs the general public about purebred dogs and the people who are out there abusing them. It appears that many of the people here have had to learn about these things after their first purchase.
I think it is a good idea to try to educate people. Give them the benefit of the doubt at first. If they come back as argumentative then you may very well have a troll. It is a waste of time to argue with a troll. Their purpose is to stir up controversy and they are on every type of forum there is. Just ignore them. |
