Yorkies have some unique issues that the average person does not know.. they are not just small dogs. People that think they can buy a 4-6 week old yorkie, are thinking that they are like any other breed which they are not. Their needs are much more specific and demanding.But unless the research is done, the new owner will not have a clue.This all has been posted many times on this forum..I sure wish every new prospective yorkie owner would do good research so that they would learn what they needed to prior to getting one. It would save allot of heartache and potential illness , injuries or death of these little ones.Not even mention the thousands of dollars spent..
