I think offering them help and then adding a side note that yorkie puppies shouldn't go home until 12 weeks is the best thing to do. There is nothing wrong with giving people information and helping them. They obviously didn't know not to get a puppy that young or from where they did so what makes you think after getting the puppy they would all of a sudden know without anyone telling them or explaining it to them?
