Thanks, I did try to find them, just couldn't stay any longer. It was a larger dog, I'd guess 40- 50 lbs or so, light brown short coat with that black eyeliner look around it's eyes. It happened so fast, I'm surprised I even got that good a look at it. Ugh, I hate to think of the poor thing suffering because of its stupid owner. I don't think the dog had just gotten loose, they were strolling down the sidewalk when suddenly it darted out in front of me. I'm sorry that you went through this same thing. Funny how the dog was okay, what a lucky doggy!
