The odd thing is that all of my dogs, including the deceased ones, have been huge carrot fans. I don't know why. They even eat lettuce, cucumbers, apples, and other things if I accidentally drop them on the floor. My Chihuahua and Cairn Terrier (RIP) used to sneak into my vegetable garden when I wasn't looking and eat tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, peaches, and plums. I had to be real careful that they didn't go grocery shopping in the garden.
