To date, Bubba can;
sit
stay
lay down
drop it
right here (our command for come)
he knows "that's a no"
he responds when I snap my fingers to correct unwanted behaviors such as;
licking
scratching
chewing
pacing

I think teaching dogs our language is as important as commands and tricks. Charlie knows maybe 5 good tricks, but his word bank has surpassed 250. I have a sister that "bang you're dead" was their goal and the end of her dog's training. So her animal can beg, gimme 5, sit, lay down, bang you're dead. And they're fine with that.
