I'm sorry that you are going through this! I'm a firm believer that your life shouldn't be your job...well of course unless you want it like that.
I truly hope that all of your hard work will pay off and that the company you work for soon wises up to your sup!
I really hate saying this, cuz I love that YT is a place to be friends and chat about our yorkies AND our lives but..... Just be careful of ranting online about your job. Ive seen too many folks get caught and let go because of it, only reason why I even mention. Would hate to see anything like that happen to you or anyone on YT!

But back to your situation. I am sure that your sup's boss will soon catch wind of her antics. After all, she is costing them more money in the long run. They have to pay for her "sick" time and now are paying you over time!
Like another member said- stay positive at work when dealing with this situation. Even when you are ticked off, if you talk with someone about it, have a clear cut problem+solution. That way you sound mature and capable, and it is already obvious she is neither.
I know you miss your family, and I'm sure they miss you too. But, this can't go on very long.
Did you apply for the supervisor position when it was available?
