One way to tempt them is to boil about an inch of water in measuring cup, this takes about 30 seconds. After the water is boiling, place the bully stick in the water and microwave another 30 seconds. Just the tip of the bully stick is in the water. Don't boil too long the bully stick will curl. Take out and rinse with cold water, the tip of the stick should be soft, and it will have more of a smell. This is also a good way to kill bacteria, for those whose dogs share the sticks. |
