The type of pads the puppy has been using at the breeders is best to continue with at home.
Ziva was trained on newspaper and that is still where she feels most comfortable (not a problem for me- free!) Abby will use the disposable potty pads when she has to. I tried the grass, it got gross fast and when I bleached it Abby would not go near it. I think the tray underneath the pads/ paper is great so they have to step up a little and don't pee right on the edge- I use a cover from a rubbermaid tote. |
