I get a 1 pound loin. Slather in grainy mustard and slices/globs/bits of pate. Wrap in thawed phyllo dough and cook at 350 (or gas mark 4 I think ) to an internal temp of 140 degrees~ let rest to bring up to 145 (I think it's about 40 minutes cooking time )

very similar to beef wellington
