We see mountain lions all the time in Missouri where we hunt. It's illegal to kill them unless they are attacking you or your livestock.

In Texas, it's legal to kill them. Never seen one at our deer lease, but other hunters have reported seeing them.

We have Bob, the bobcat, mounted and on display in an alcove in our living room. My son is allergic to cats and didn't realize that bobcats are indeed cats, so when he went to have his picture made with his kill, his eyes were swollen shut and his face was swelled up from touching Bob. We see lots og bobcats and red foxes at our deer lease in central Texas (Hill country). I want a red fox to mount.
