All pet stores sell puppy mill dogs and puppy mills parents are treated like crap kept in out buildings with no heat or ac, never groomed, never bathed, rarely feed, never have human contact except for the puppies to be take away before they even should be. So yes it is all dome and gloom and I urge you to do some research. Also most people who have the stories or the bad breeders did do the research about the breeder to make sure to find a reputable one. There are people who have healthy puppies from pet stores by why do you want to take the chance and support what they do to the parents?
