I know, it's really heart wrenching and I swear I didn't even use the worst of the pictures. We love our little babies so much and they give us so much pleasure I think it's up to all of us to really want to protect the breeding dogs and ensure they are being taking care of popular. So whether it's getting involved in breeding legislation in your state, buying a dog, or educating others on how to buy a dog, we all need to get involved.
I will say, that at least breeders who sell to pet stores have to be inspected by the USDA, those breeders who choose to sell directly to the public and over the internet, need never be inspected. There is no law that covers the conditions of the kennels for those breeders. So it's worse to buy over the internet than from a pet store. See the kennel conditions for yourself!
