As far as size, I've also heard triple the weight at 8 weeks or double the weight at 12 weeks.
i.e.,
8 weeks 2.5 lbs = 7.5 lb adult or
12 weeks 3.5 lbs = 7 lb adult

My pup will be 15 weeks old, so I have yet to prove the above formula.
