I completely agree! I cannot believe people are defending this man! The poor dog defecated all over itself and the car and all he did was stop and hose him off? This was 1983, not 1901... He knew better and this definitely was not accepted in the 80's. Disgusting. Definitely NOT someone I want running my country.
