Thank you all for the replies. Woke up this morning to take him out and after about 15 minutes he peed and I praised him very much. But i knew he had to go poo so I waited about 10 more minutes and nothing. Took him inside and gave him limited space with the pad and he poo on the pad and praised him as well.
Will try to give him more time outside and keep praising him. Thanks for the help and will keep everyone posted.
