Your girl should qualify for a medical exemption given her epilepsy. Because the rabies vaccine consists of a neuroprotein, seizures, convulsions & other neurological problems are some of the documented adverse reactions associated it.
Rabies vaccine labels state that they are for
healthy dogs, cats, etc...
