I went to see her and her home and parents last Monday and everything was very clean and everyone there (puppies and adults) seemed very happy and healthy. I met her parents, which have been health tested and are beautiful.
Roxy was very clean and happy whenever I seen her, her home was very suitable. Yes, she does have a health guarantee for one year I believe.

I've also already put a deposit on her, so that she will be kept for me.

You really should wait until 12 weeks because they are still learning from there mom and siblings.
