Well I guess maybe he meant if all you have is three holes and you haven't been going to the dentist regularity and taking care of them, then maybe you have really strong teeth. I get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year, and floss and brush and water pic, etc.
That has xylitol in it, so make sure you keep it away from Peanut. Also, the lemon flavored one is bad for you teeth, it softens enamel. Once the enamel is gone, you are out of luck. So far there are only products that harden enamel, I'm not aware of anything that restores it.
