That is crazy! That is the same thing my dentist said, your gums are more important than your teeth! I am half tempted to start bring a tooth brush with me and brushing after lunch!!
What about chewing gum? Does that cause cavities? One good thing my dentist told me is, once he fills those 3 fillings, I will never have a cavity again!! ( as long as I maintain my teeth/gums)
