This is an update on the little Yorkie that was hit and found on the side of the road in bad shape, that a good samaritan took to a vet office. Spoke to the office today. They named her Gianna by the way and she is doing much better. I asked what will happen to her, if no one comes forward and she asked if I would be interested in taking her and I said I would take her. I am going to go visit her next week when I'm off from work and take a blanket and some toys and treats to her. I'm waiting on a call from the vet to see what the cost will be to treat her fully. Hoping not too much, but I can't leave this little girl without anyone to speak for her or help her. I have to say the vet's office seem excellent. They seem to really like her. We'll see what happens. It's about an hour an a half / two hour drive from me. Please keep this girl in your prayers and me too, because I think hubby is about ready to kill me. I'm told she is a very sweet loving girl. Whether I'll keep her or just pay for her treatment and foster her until she's ready for a home I don't know for sure, but definatley told the vet's office I will take her if no one comes forward.
