I am so curious about where he has been. Maybe you can call vet offices around the animal shelter and see if any of them had a very injured Yorkie come in last February. It might lead you to whomever had him.
From his before pic it looks like his body was recently shaved...so I don't think he had just been running free for the last year. |
I have always groomed my babies I went to grooming school just for them
I dont like them being stressed in any was. He did not have any fleas but he was matted realy bad so his coat is not nice but I'll work on it
